Anyway, this is in a good place now in terms of the optimium drinking window. Loads of blackcurrant fruit burst through in my glass, framed by a touch of mint and led pencil. Quite smooth to taste; with sweet berry flavours, framed by an undercurrent green note. The tannins have mellowed somewhat, but still evident. Only knock on this is, it comes across as a bit one dimensional and fruit forward, lacking depth. Having said that, found it immensely drinkable.
