Wednesday, October 27, 2021 - Pop and pour. Old-School Bordeaux. Nose of blackberry, oaky and tobacco. Dark fruit, herbs, leather. Low acidity. Long and smooth finish. Very smooth and balance. It is fully mature and drinking well now. Delicious!
