Tuesday, July 20, 2010 - Had with filet mignon the first night and decanted for an hour before drinking over the next two hours. Finished off the second half of the bottle the next night with pork chops. Black cherry on the nose, with plum and black raspberry taste. Nice wine, but pricey for my liking at this rating. 1 star value.
