Thursday, December 24, 2009 - Against my better judgment, I drank this knowing it was still way too young. But a friend wanted to try it. Flavors were still very closed. Big, chewy mountain fruit tannins that need some time to resolve. By the last glass, it was starting to open up a bit. I will wait at least a few years before drinking the next bottle
