Sunday, June 19, 2011 - Very dark, almost purple color. Fair amount of sediment. Deep blackberry and minerally nose. Some spiciness and charcoal too. Very integrated mouthfeel with good cabernet fruitiness. Good finish. Slightly minty. Great sturdy character. This went very well with our prime rib dinner. Very refreshing with the heavy food.
