Sunday, January 25, 2009 - Good color with aromas of currant and spiced red berries. Medium body with sturdy tannins brings out a velvety texture. Strong and bountiful pushing currant, spicy red berries,a hint of licorice, and cedar. The finish is long. Although this vintage is bold it has finesse.
