Wednesday, October 2, 2019 - Three hour slow ox. Deep, bright magenta color. Sour cherry, caramel and mustard seed on the tart nose. Smooth, dry, somewhat tart palate. Tongue drying acidity. Soft tannins on the medium+ finish.
