Friday, November 4, 2022 - Light gold color. Split bottle over 2.5 hours. This was excellent from the start and it just kept getting better. There's an intense nose of sea breeze, steely minerality, lemon peel, white apple and pear. The palate too is mineral driven, layers of stony minerality, tart fruits, a mix of pear, peach, and lemon; with a little lemon oil texture, very tangy, long and refreshing. Really love these.
