Saturday, January 16, 2010 - Biggish nose decanting then a mix of meat and sour cherries. Four hours later it's a bit beef jerky. Better with food - without a little dried although it leaves a chocolate coating on the finish. There's also a dried rosemary and bay touch on the palate. Drink with food; it's youthful party days have passed.
