Wednesday, January 31, 2018 - The nose was floral with marine-infused minerals, red berries and soil tones, almost like digging through fresh soil in a berry patch. On the palate, I found soft textures with glossy ripe red fruits, inner florals, and earth, made fresh through balancing acidity. It finished long, with palate-staining red fruits and hints of sweet tannin.
