Monday, December 23, 2019 - It has a nose of honeysuckle and ripe cantaloupe melon and fills the palate with honey, peach and sticky marmalade flavours. There’s a great backbone of acidity to keep everything from being too cloying and a hint of earthy botrytis to add a slight savoury element.
