Tuesday, December 17, 2019 - Nice earthy nose, with hints of white rose petals, sourdough, and ripe citrus. It has a creamy texture, with muted acidity and flavors of apricots, white peaches, and beeswax. I do think it benefited from a year or two of bottle age.
