Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - Decanted for 5 hours. Green notes, leafy feel, eucalyptus and red fruits on the nose. Palate- after 5 hours, it was medium bodied, high acid profile showing off with soft fruit tones of blackcurrants with leafy notes. Likely at its peak after an hour or two in the decanter.
