Tuesday, November 22, 2022 - I do sense the hay on the nose as MGM put it. So interesting. On the palate, there is citrus fruit, acidity, minerality and a full mouthfeel to the finish. I suppose I sense some dried fig and dried date too. A very interesting wine.
