Saturday, March 26, 2022 - Coravin fun - Alsace, Loire and Random French (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Bees wax with a little polish underpin over honey, candy floss, lemon, a little minerality slight herby, green apple quality. Medium plus intensity acidity, burr tugs at the mid palate ,flavours are slightly muted after the Bredif's. Feels like it is more about structure. Okay.
