Saturday, May 2, 2009 - From half bottle. Nice nose of cassis, black cherry and vanilla. Medium round palate with little tannin and fruit forward with bright pure fruit of mostly cassis and currants, touch of herbaceousness, creamy vanilla and charcoal. Medium finish with some red fruits and earth. Nicely done, but not too terribly complex for the price.
