Thursday, June 10, 2021 - 2nd wine of Ch. Climens. Lovely floral aromas with apricot, peach, honey and some grape fruit in the finish. Sweet and delicous in the mouth. Still some sharp grape fruity though, and the wine would probably benefit of some years in the cellar to achieve the classic Sauternes elegance.
