Saturday, September 26, 2020 - Deep dark reddish purple in color. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries & cassis with overtones of floral & earthy/dusty notes, spices, olives, minerals, herbs, & a hint of dark cocoa notes. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth texture, plush, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, berries and plums with spices, cocoa, herbs & minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present if decanted & given some time to air & develop. Has the fruit & structure to develop further with additional aging. An indicative blend of 50% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon & 15% Syrah.
