Monday, November 20, 2023 - Prototypically Northern Rhone with black berries, black pepper, roasted meat, followed by subtle floral, spice, and olive tapenade. Completely harmonious with medium weight on Day One, then put on some weight by Day Two. In its peak drinking window, good through 2028 or so.
