Prototypically Northern Rhone with black berries, black pepper, roasted meat, followed by subtle floral, spice, and olive tapenade. Completely harmonious with medium weight on Day One, then put on some weight by Day Two. In its peak drinking window, good through 2028 or so.

Ensuite, une aromatique dominée par les fruits rouges, une belle buvabilité, on est un peu entre deux chaises ici, on souhaiterait ou plus d'éclat de fruit ou davantage de complexité, mais le vin est très agréable et file vite. Très belle texture soyeuse également. 90/91

PnP. Har lysnet litt i uttrykket, pen nese med mørke bær, lakris/salmiakk, pepper og litt potet. Mer rhonsk preg i munnen med jern, hengt kjøtt og litt stall. Saftig avslutning med bjørnebær og krekling samt litt pepper i rekylen. Noe urter. Lite tanniner, men god struktur. Holdt bra til en entrecôte. Ikke så polert og upersonlig som f.eks 2014, mer karakter i denne!
