Saturday, September 10, 2016 - Q3 - 2016 Tasting - Aged California Wines - Pre 2006 (New York, NY): #19 of 20 wines tasted double blind. Ruby red in the glass. On the palate this was juicy red fruits, fresh, good acidity. Tasted very youthful and bright - energizing on the palate. Just outside the top 5 for me. For the group this was tied for 10th place with 3 pennies voted.
