Saturday, November 28, 2020 - The 2001 Chateau de Fonselatte Blanc is a textbook Southern Rhone white, yellow colour with waxy ripe tropical fruits, nuts and herbal note. Tasted blind and immediately went to Southern Rhone based on the medicinal tone and ripe tropical fruits. Great intensity. Peach, slight honied, probably got a few years of age. Full bodied however low acidity. Southern Rhone white blend? 2012? (83/100)
