Thursday, March 24, 2016 - Transparent ruby color. Nose is perfumedly complex, pinewood, biscuit, fruit cake, earthy, soya sauce, mushroom. The palate is red-berries-driven supported by the fresh acidity. Respect to a Volnay at this age that still delivers. Uncork and wait for 1- 1.5 hr to open up.
