Saturday, April 9, 2011 - Platter tasting (By UG): Carmine red. Elegant and complex bouquet with black and red fruits, some herbs and a pleasant dose of oak. On the palate the same impressions together with some tobacco and tea. Really nice, elegant and not over-extracted wine.
