Sunday, March 16, 2014 - Oh..........What's the potential of this wine? What's wrong with this wine? With 13 years in the cellar, it was still like a new wine. Lot if sediment. Color was black in the centre. Nose was very very closed with just a little bit red fruit and menthol. Creamy, full body and chewy tannin in the mouth. It seems that something needs to unfold with more cellaring time but I felt too much tannin. Can anyone tell me how long should I wait?
