Wednesday, May 12, 2021 - Considerably mellowed, rounded, blended and integrated. Oak has become more subdued, and the tannins rounder and yes, there is a vanilla presence, though tucked under the alcohol. Still strong dark fruit on the front and happy grape on the finish. Lost some minerality that it had when younger.
