Monday, October 19, 2020 - I let it breathe for 1 hour. Drank over 1.5. Has that Washington State funk/fleshy notes you often get from Syrah in the region. I very mellow wine. A lot less dense and chewy and fruit than Central CA tempranillo I've had (Booker). But polished and sophisticated. A treat.
