Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Nose: The nose is tight at first, but it begins to unfold into herbs, pears, saline, crushed rocks, white florals, white peaches, and peppery notes.

Taste: The feel is Full bodied with crisp, high acidity. There is excellent density to the feel with peppery notes, pears, saline, white peaches, and some apples.

Overall: This is a delicious, young, Gruner Veltliner. It has excellent poise with well integrated acidity that provides a spine to the structure. I would love to see where this goes with 3-5 years on it, but it’s extremely good right now.
