Wednesday, July 7, 2021 - Tasting this at 5 years of age and am really surprised by its viability. Definitely a warm-climate Sauvignon Blanc, slightly herbal with some grass but not overpowering in varietal character like the Sauvignon Blancs from the Loire, New Zealand and Chile. Still, there's plenty of acidity. As one might expect, the wine fades by the next day opened.
