Sunday, April 2, 2006 - Very fruit forward for a Beaucastel bottling. Drank over 2 days from magnum and never got harsh tannins nor a feeling of need for long-term aging. Would guess that 750's are ready to go and best over the next 6-8 years.... will probably consume my other maggie in that time period as well. Drink young.. not our typical Beau.
