Sunday, April 16, 2023 - 1 hr decant brought to midlothianchefskichen (favorable corkage policy). Had with Filet and mushroom gnocchi.

Super dark
Very aromaitic in the glass
Alcohol integreated well (you feel it more that taste it)
Vanilla, coconut, red and black fruit, cassis, integrated tannins, good acid (more than I expected based on the color and the sweet nose, which was great as the acid keep it fresh). Kept giving more all the way through desert 2 bours later. This was good, definately on the hedonisitic side (this hit the spot tonight as we have been in spain for last 2 weeks so was nice change to come back and try a Napa cab).
