Tuesday, January 5, 2016 - Restaurant Fitzgerald (Rotterdam, Netherlands): Disgorgement date: April 25, 2012. Rich, open and creamy with wonderful complex flavours of smoke, brioche, ripe apple and perfect acidity. Very long! A wine with Monty-like character.
