It totally makes sense to compare it with a white Montrachet. Lots of peaches, apples and cream. It has a big body with a long aftertaste. I'm aware I drank it to young, it will have a long life ahead (20-40 years).
Lucky me, I got it in the north of Spain for less than 200$.
