Friday, July 1, 2016 - Disgorged February, 2014. Deep yellow, fine, persistent mousse. Expansive nose-caramel, bruised apple, ginger. Full bodied yet somehow retaining delicacy. Incredibly creamy and long. Dry, great length and base of soil. Pretty special.
