Monday, August 8, 2016 - A lovely wine from Selosse. Slightly oxydative nose (more subtle than on many other bottles), aromas of pear, honey, cashew nuts, yet it is one of the most mineral cuvees from Selosse, which is quite focused and has a great acidity. Lovely presence on the palate: it is rich and a bit creamy. The bubbles are very gentle, very refined. The wine is quite long on the palate. A truly great Champagne.
