Saturday, November 4, 2017 - Disgorged February, 2015. Yellow, vigorous mousse. Lactic, citrus, caramel aromas. Full, incredibly creamy. Bitter citrus, great acidity, and long mineral finish. Young despite caramel notes. Astounding and simply one of the greatest bottles of Champagne I've ever had.
