Monday, April 9, 2018 - Disgorged 19th of February 2015. It was complex with notes of baked apple, lemon curd, truffle butter, honey and grilled nuts. It has fabulous shape and intensity in the mouth. Layers of flavour build through the palate and it finishes with chalky cut. Length is phenomenal.
