Saturday, February 25, 2012 - Stunningly elegant. Beautiful example of a well-aged California Cab. Cedar and currants. Silky tannins - enough bite that you might be able to hold this a bit longer, but I don't think it will get any better. Took this to the football tailgate and drank with a grilled ribeye.
