Sunday, November 18, 2012 - I was surprised that this shiraz was delicious even after 17 years. I had stored it at 55F since release. It actually was even better the second day with the bottle left open overnight. Plenty of sweet fruit and measured oak with a medium-long finish. I would not suggest continuing to age it, of course, but if you own some and have stored it properly, dont give up on it.
