Monday, July 29, 2019 - This was very good, though I will say it seemed a bit more mature than I anticipated. The color was still relatively pale; the nose was excellent with ripe orchard fruits, a hint of lemon pie, spice, and floral notes. The palate has good concentration and density and has good freshness, but not quite the lift I've had in other wines from Lamy. Overall very good, but not sure how long I'd hold it....
