Saturday, March 9, 2019 - Outstanding wine from an outstanding winery! "you can't make good wine from bad grapes" - the owner told me once.

Beautiful CF here: deep ruby color. Grass & pepper nose, with a hint of smoke.

Mid to full body in the mouth, rounded, deep, black fruit, earthy, vanilla and a superb finish - albeit thinner than expected.

Every sip of this glass was a delight. Many years to go on this one - if you have room in your cellar.

Note: decant for 60 minutes.
