The years of the grape Likes this wine:

Wednesday, September 20, 2017 - Red fruit, white pepper, very light brett and straw adding some personality.
Fresh acidity and firm body, although tannins are a bit subdued.
Long savoury finish bringing again a bit of brett and an impression like uncooked pasta.

Good complexity, interesting. I am not against a bit of "funk" if it is well integrated and this wine does well.
