Sunday, March 9, 2008 - Clear, almost garnet red. Very fragrant nose - sour red cherry, raspberry, green olive, cedar spice, mineral & earth. All red fruit & spice in the mouth. Crisp acidity, smooth tannins, medium body. Went really well with grilled salmon.
