Thursday, October 19, 2023 - PnP, consumed over three hours. Savory Rocks umami throughout, this mostly showcased the Grenache in the first hour or so, then really started to lean into the power of the Cab and Syrah, but displayed finesse from start to finish. Seems to be in a great window now, but also would like to see some tertiary development with more age.
