Wednesday, October 19, 2022 - Incredible minerality - tasted of chalk and limestone. Also earthy notes, bright red fruit, soft tannins - in perfect balance. Truly ethereal and why I love burgundy so much. This was extraordinary and yes, 2005 or not, ready to go.
