Saturday, July 8, 2023 - No formal tasting note, drank this last night in Hakkasan Mayfair London during diner with my friend Alex. Very interesting and atypical Alsacian wine, a blend of many local grapes. Color stands out being deep golden with brown hue (could also have been the light cause it is quite dark in Hakkasan). Perfumed and oxidative nose. Upon tasting it made me think of savignin based wines both in taste and style. Paired perfectly with the dumplings and grilled octopus. Great reco from the sommelier and glad I discovered this!
