Thursday, November 9, 2023 - Fine sweet aroma, slight hint of spice, then cedar and squashed blueberries. Then on the tongue, complexity, dates then raisin, a dryness and then a long hit of chilli heat and tannis with some dry leather grip, but quite soft not aggressive. Finish is v long, more spice, toasted tobacco and soft fruit, raspberry not strawberry. Can age more I think, get deeper tannins and softer.
