Sunday, January 7, 2007 - Beautiful ruby purple color. Very intense nose of red fruits and a hint of vanilla. Full to medium bodied, with attractive density, layered flavors, very fine grained tannin and a gorgeously fruity albeit slightly short finish. A very complete New World wine that is not over the top and retains an elegance that reminds me of Napa's more elegant cabernets (Forman comes to mind). I like it.
