Wednesday, February 8, 2023 - Intoxicating nose of lemon, apricot, beeswax, smoke, buttered toast and iodine. Some reduction with really great depth, brightness and complexity. On the palate it has good volume while being magnificently firm, delineated, grippy and lifted. A supremely textured white. Altogether savory and as usual terrific use of oak. Minerally and citrusy with fantastic saltiness. Impeccably balanced with lingering finish. Very young still, great future ahead but immensely drinkable and enjoyable at this very moment.
