Tuesday, January 17, 2023 - Daisuke's Last Shift (La Terre): Pale lemon with slight green barley hue. Aromas of medium ripe peach and apricot, as well as walnut, barley and flint, as well as a measure of cooling menthol. Zingy acids, whilst medium bodied, and subtle underripe peach and apricot flavours, as well as slightly candied lemons, bit of cloves and cinnamon, and some walnuts, as well as almond. Somewhst savoury towards the back and slightly briny, and slightly toasty. Medium length. Nice!
